Stress, Mood & Relaxation Blend Loose Tea

A calming botanical tea blend with Mistletoe, Brazilwood, Flor de Tila, Tumba Vaquero, Sapote Leaf, Chamomile Flowers, Lemon Balm Leaf, Skullcap, Passionflower

Preparation: Simmer 1 tablespoon of blend in 2 cups of water for 15 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Herbs may be reused for a second brew.
