As our ministry grows, we urgently need additional staff housing. This year, we hope to build four-plex one-bedroom apartments for our single staff. Now, our single staff lives in 1 room studios with a living/bedroom/kitchen/dining room in an area of a medium-sized bedroom. It would be a big blessing if they could live in a 1-bedroom apartment.
At Black Hills Health Retreat, we believe in restoring lives through practical care, natural healing, and spiritual transformation. We are committed to breaking these barriers by bringing the “entering wedge”—our health message—back to this community.
With your partnership, we can:
✔ Teach health and wellness through seminars and hands-on training.
✔ Offer massage therapy certification to equip individuals with valuable job skills.
✔ Provide Bible studies and establish Sabbath Schools to share hope.
✔ Organize outreach events and service projects to build lasting relationships.

Oglala Lakota Sioux Nation Outreach
The Oglala Lakota Sioux Nation, living near Black Hills Health Retreat, faces extreme poverty, limited healthcare, and spiritual neglect. Many suffer from chronic illnesses, and the gospel has only been shared in a limited way due to cultural and systemic challenges.
- Lowest per capita income in the U.S. ($8,768 per year).
- Average male life expectancy: 47 years. Women: 55 years.
- Limited exposure to the gospel due to cultural, political, and religious barriers.
From the Black Hills Health Retreat, we seek to reach this community with:
- Health Seminars & Wellness Sessions – Teaching natural remedies their ancestors once practiced.
- Massage Therapy Training – Providing skills for financial stability.
- Bible Studies & Sabbath Schools – Bringing hope through God’s promises.
- Community Outreach Events – Serving their practical needs and sharing faith in action.
